Gluten Free, High Protein Pizza Doughnut by: Tyler "Melee" Minton

Tyler works for Lockhart & Leith (the top nutrition/weight cutting group for all the major MMA Brands) and also does nutrition coaching for individuals. He started using Spice Beast in his meal prepping several months ago and his creativity is amazing.

Combine 60g Mozzarella and 60g Ricotta in a microwave safe bowl

Microwave for 45 seconds, remove and mix

Add 100g liquid Egg Whites and mix, 40g Gluten Free all purpose Flour, 4g baking Powder, 10g Coconut Powder and 1 tbsp of Spice Beast Viva Pizzeria to a bowl

Mix and drop into Doughnut PanΒ  (use wet fingers to even out the molds)

Bake for 9 minutes at 525 degrees and remove when golden

(Optional Step) Pour sauce over doughnuts and spread *or* pour sauce into microwave safe bowl and heat for dipping

Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella Cheese

Broil for 2-3 Minutes until cheese bubbles

Sprinkle Beast Prep Pro to add extra flavor

Remove from doughnut pan and serve
