Low-Carb Italian Herb Coconut Flour Tortillas

OK...are you tired of Lettuce Wraps? Well here is a quick and easy way to change it up with a keto friendly option!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 8 egg whites (from medium eggs)
  • coconut oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Viva Pizzeria

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the baking powder and coconut flour. Add the egg whites and mix with a whisk until lump free (it ends up being quite a thin mixture).

  2. Melt coconut oil in the frying pan, then fry a small amount for each tortilla wrap, one at a time.  

  3. Flip each tortilla wrap when it starts to bubble and goes brown on the underside. 

  4. Serve
