So as you all know, Saturday November 2nd, we will be sponsoring our first attempt at a hot sauce festival.
Part of the festival fun is the Hot Sauce Award announcements.
We will be awarding 6 different awards for the best hot sauces in each perspective category.
- Best Verde Sauce
- Best Original Red Sauce
- Best Fruit Based Sauce
- Best Specialty Ingredient Sauce
- Peoples Choice Award
This is where YOU can help
After our panel of esteemed judges sample all the sauces and choose the winners to the first five categories......but WE NEED YOU to help us with the sixth!
Come out to Long Lot Farm Brewery on Friday November 1st, and around 7pm-ish we will bring out all the sauces for you all to sample and give your vote on the BEST SAUCE voted by the people.
You don't need to be a chef, restaurant owner, food critic, hell you don't even have to like hot sauce!!!! We want you to tell us what you think and....taste the amazing work that these small batch Sauciers have created!!
