Free Shipping
Thespicebeast.com regularly offers free shipping in the contiguous US on all shipments over $75. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes required! Contiguous or Lower 48 States refers to the States in Mainland USA. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are not qualifying orders for Free Shipping.

US orders under $75

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have their shipping options and fees calculated during checkout. You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost.

Orders shipping to AK and HI and US territories

Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Most shipments to these areas take additional time to arrive.

Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO and FPO

We ship to PO boxes! Shipments to PO boxes located in the contiguous US qualify for free shipping. Shipping prices on orders to PO boxes in other locations are calculated based on weight and zip code.

Orders shipping to Canada

Shipping prices to Canada are calculated based on weight and postal code. Please note that all prices are shown in USD. You are responsible for the duties and taxes if imposed by your country's customs.

Orders shipping to other international destinations

Shipping prices to other international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code and/or country. The price and estimated arrival date will be shown at checkout. All prices shown are in USD.

Delivery Times for your orders

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our spices. All of our jars are made to order. With that in mind we still ship our orders NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! You should receive your order within 1-4 days of receiving your tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot personally deliver every box to your doorstep and need to rely on package courier companies like UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. As you know they haven’t been the most reliable lately. So please be patient if your package takes longer than expected. Reach out to us at info@thespicebeast.com and we will address it right away.

Rush Handling
Since we ship our orders NEXT BUSINESS DAY, there is no need for RUSH HANDLING, BUT…. Depending on the availability of items and ability of our fulfillment provider, we may sometimes offer rush handling during checkout for a small fee. Rush handling bumps you to the front of the line, and your order will usually ship the same or next day. Orders without rush handling generally ship within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping service and transit time remain unaffected, and choosing an expedited shipping method, such as UPS Next Day, does not automatically include rush handling.

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for the Spice Beast Customer Service Guarantee. Due to inevitable fraudulent activity Spice Beast will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Spice Beast and in accordance with the following:

  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds may take at least one week to process.
  3. Seasoning – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
  4. To be considered for a refund, Spice Beast must receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card / PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Spice Beast may also provide store credit or a gift card in place of a refund, if desired.
  5. Returns that originate from outside the continental United States will not have return slips sent for the respective merchandise. Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at Spice beast facilities.

The original packing slip is required for merchandise to be considered for reimbursement.

Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
