This collaboration with Tin Barn Brewery is the first of a new line of brewery hot sauces that will incorporate the beer of local breweries in Upstate NY.

For this sauce, we chose their Liquid Secrets Imperial Stout. Our inspiration was the flavor. The black roasty malts and the caramelization from their lengthy brewing process was the perfect brew for what we wanted to do with this fruit sauce. Passion fruit, cocoa and agave paired with Carolina Reaper will have your taste buds dancing and wanting more.
Grab yourself a bottle, and if you happen to be in the area...stop by the brewery for a delicious glass of Liquid Secrets. Maybe they will rim the glass for you.
