Blackened Steak Kababs
I love spicy and I love Cajun style cooking. I am even a bigger fan of blackened foods.
During the BBQ Season, any kind of kabob is a hit. So let's hit 'em with this spicy steak kabab
What you will Need:
- Wooden or stainless steel skewers
- 2 lb of cubed steak (I recommend using Top Sirloin)
- 1 cup Red bell pepper cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup Yellow bell pepper cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup White onion cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup Zucchini cut into 1/2 thick slices
- 1 cup Mushrooms (Portabella or White cut to size if needed)
- 2 tbsp Spice Beast BLACKOUT Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Spice Beast Cajun Voodoo Dust Seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter (you can choose salted or unsalted)
- 1 tbsp Spice Beast Garlic Infused EVOO
Directions:
- Melt butter and blend in Spice Beast BLACKOUT
- Place cubed steak in large zipper bag and add seasoned melted butter. Make sure all cubes are coated with seasoned butter
- Place all cut vegetables in bowl, add EVOO and Spice Beast Cajun Voodoo Dust and toss until well coated
- Spray grill with non stick spray and preheat to medium-high heat
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers alternating foods to your preference
- Grill skewers for 7-10 minutes while rotating sides until desired temp.
- Stack on a platter and serve with a side of Spice Beast Beast Sauce
