Chicken Enchilada Soup
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb chicken breast
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 10 oz can red enchilada sauce
- 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can green chilies (optional) chopped
- 15oz can corn drained
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp Spice Beast Garlic and the Glory.
- 1 tbsp onion, minced
- 1 lime juice
- 1 fresh jalapeno. Sliced
Directions
In a large slow cooker add all the ingredients
Turn on low and cook for 6-8 hours
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno slices
