Chicken Enchilada Soup


1 ½ lb chicken breast
3 cups chicken broth
10 oz can red enchilada sauce
15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can  green chilies (optional) chopped
15oz can corn drained
1 tbsp ground cumin
½ tsp Spice Beast Garlic and the Glory.
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 lime juice
1 fresh jalapeno. Sliced



In a large slow cooker add all the ingredients

Turn on low and cook for 6-8 hours

Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno slices
