Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb chicken breast
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 10 oz can red enchilada sauce
  • 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can green chilies (optional) chopped
  • 15oz can corn drained
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Spice Beast Garlic and the Glory.
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 fresh jalapeno. Sliced

 

Directions

In a large slow cooker add all the ingredients

Turn on low and cook for 6-8 hours

Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno slices
