Fig Balsamic Chicken Caprese with a Twist




  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Butterfly the chicken breast
  • Season with Jacked Garlic & Onion, Viva Pizzeria
  • Layer inside with garlic, fresh basil, mozzarella,  prosciutto, tomatoes,  more basil and garlic
  • Seal chicken breast with toothpicks
  • Pan sear in EVOO
  • Place the chicken in an aluminum tray, cover and bake for 15 min
  • Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Enjoy!
