Fig Balsamic Chicken Caprese with a Twist
- Preheat oven to 425
- Butterfly the chicken breast
- Season with Jacked Garlic & Onion, Viva Pizzeria
- Layer inside with garlic, fresh basil, mozzarella, prosciutto, tomatoes, more basil and garlic
- Seal chicken breast with toothpicks
- Pan sear in EVOO
- Place the chicken in an aluminum tray, cover and bake for 15 min
- Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Enjoy!
