Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower....the super food!

You can pretty much do whatever you want with it and it will taste pretty good and be low carb and gluten free.

So lets see if we can make it really good without doing anything weird or crazy.

How to make it:

The secret to roasting cauliflower is pre-heating the roasting pan, high temperature and not being stingy with the olive oil

  1. Place large baking sheet on center rack of oven and preheat to 450 degrees
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets. Make sure you make even sized pieces
  3. In a large bowl, add cauliflower, olive oil, Meat Madness, Jacked Garlic and Black Pepper (and Grotto Dust if you dare) and toss so it is all evenly coated
  4. Place ingredients onto preheated baking sheet, make sure not to over crowed so they roast evenly
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping them midway through until lightly charred
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower and roast for another 5 minutes
  7. When finished remove and squeeze lemon juice over it and garnish with fresh parsley and serve
