Gluten Free, High Protein Pizza Doughnut by: Tyler "Melee" Minton

He started using Spice Beast with his meal prepping in 2018 and has incorporated it into his athletes training regimen. For a guy that got punched in the face for a living, his creativity is amazing and his meals are delicious.
🍕🍩🤷🏼♂️ High Protein. Gluten Free. Indecisiveness Approved. – Tyler “Melee” Minton
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Spice Beast Viva Pizzeria
- 2/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 cup Light Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 cup Light Ricotta Cheese
- 2/3 cup Pasta Sauce (your choice)
- Dash of Spice Beast Beast Prep Pro
Directions:
Combine half 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Ricotta in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave for 45 seconds, remove and mix
Add liquid Egg Whites and mix, Gluten Free all purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Coconut Powder and 1/2 tbsp of Spice Beast Viva Pizzeria to a bowl
Mix and drop into Doughnut Pan (use wet fingers to even out the molds)
Bake for 9 minutes at 525 degrees and remove when golden
(Optional Step) Pour sauce over doughnuts and spread *or* pour sauce into microwave safe bowl and heat for dipping
Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella Cheese
Broil for 2-3 Minutes until cheese bubbles
Sprinkle Beast Prep Pro to add extra flavor
Remove from doughnut pan and serve
