Gluten Free, High Protein Pizza Doughnut by: Tyler "Melee" Minton

Tyler works with the UFC's top fighters Daniel Cormier, Max Holloway and Megan Anderson for Lockhart & Leith (the top nutrition/weight cutting group for all the major Professional Fighting Governing Bodies)

He started using Spice Beast with his meal prepping in 2018 and has incorporated it into his athletes training regimen. For a guy that got punched in the face for a living, his creativity is amazing and his meals are delicious.

 🍕🍩🤷🏼‍♂️ High Protein. Gluten Free. Indecisiveness Approved. Tyler “Melee” Minton

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Spice Beast Viva Pizzeria
  • 2/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Light Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Light Ricotta Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Pasta Sauce (your choice)
  • Dash of Spice Beast Beast Prep Pro

 

Directions:

Combine half 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Ricotta in a microwave safe bowl

Microwave for 45 seconds, remove and mix

Add liquid Egg Whites and mix, Gluten Free all purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Coconut Powder and 1/2 tbsp of Spice Beast Viva Pizzeria to a bowl

Mix and drop into Doughnut Pan  (use wet fingers to even out the molds)

Bake for 9 minutes at 525 degrees and remove when golden

(Optional Step) Pour sauce over doughnuts and spread *or* pour sauce into microwave safe bowl and heat for dipping

Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella Cheese

Broil for 2-3 Minutes until cheese bubbles

Sprinkle Beast Prep Pro to add extra flavor

Remove from doughnut pan and serve
