Habanero Balsamic Roast Beef
I am a big fan of Roast Beef. Here is one of my favorite recipes because it is simple and delicious.

What You Need:
- 2.5 lb filet of beef (trimmed and tied)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Spice Beast Thick Barrel Aged Habanero Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Spice Beast Smoked Habanero Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Coarsely Cracked Peppercorns
How to Make it:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil
- Place Beef on sheet pan
- Combine the mustard, vinegar and salt in a small bowl
- Spread mixture over filet and brush it evenly so entire it is covered
- Sprinkle peppercorns over the filet
- Roast filet for 25 minute (rare) 30 minutes (medium rare) 35 minutes (medium)
- Remove from oven, cover tightly with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes
- Slice and Serve.
