High Protein Tortilla Quiche

This recipe has become a personal favorite of mine. It falls within the same theme..

The possibilities and combinations are ENDLESS....you will never be bored with this dish.

Basic Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium tortilla wrap (You can make your own low carb tortilla)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Spice Beast The Garlic and the Glory salt free seasoning
  • 1/3 cup Low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp Light cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes - halved
  • Handful Spinach
  • Dash of Beast Prep to taste

How to Make it:

  1. Put tortilla in oven safe pan or pie dish
  2. Combine and mix eggs, spinach, cottage cheese, feta cheese and garlic seasoning in pan and mix
  3. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  5. Cut into slices and serve....hot or cold !!!!

How to Customize it:

Get crazy add whatever else you want in step 2!

Brown some ground beef or sausage and mix it in.

Chop some green onion, toss in some fresh broccoli the combinations are ENDLESS !!!!
