Holy Beastamole (Guacamole)

Let's take your favorite Mexican condiment and kick it into BEASTMODE!!!

Easy to make and loaded with flavor...when I'm done with this recipe you will be bringing this dish to every party you throw or attend!

 

What's in it:

• 3 ripe avocados
• 2 Roma tomatoes. diced
• 3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
• 1 tbsp Spice Beast Jacked Garlic & Onion (you can toss an extra teaspoon in if you want it more garlic forward)
• 1 fresh lime, juiced
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• pinch of Spice Beast Smoked Jalapeno Salt (optional)

How to Make it:

1. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into mixing bowl
2. Mash avocado with a fork and make it to the consistency you enjoy
3. Add all remaining ingredients (except smoked salt) and stir together. 
4. Taste to ensure quality, add a touch more salt or lime juice if needed
5. Cover and rest in refrigerator for a approx 10 minutes for all the flavors to combine
6. For an added layer of complex flavor, top with a pinch or two of Spice Beast Smoked Jalapeno Salt. The smoke flavor isn't for everyone, so proceed with caution.
7. Serve with tortilla chips (or use it on your toast LOL)

This recipe will serve approximately 4 people. Increase or decrease ingredients according to the size of the party you are feeding.
