Jacked Garlic Wilted Spinach
Adding spinach to your meal prep may not give you Popeye muscles, but it will give you iron, vitamin C and E, potassium, and magnesium. As part of a nutritious diet, it can help support immune function, aid the digestive system, and may even have anticancer properties. Plus, it tastes GREAT.
Ingredients:
- 1lb Fresh baby spinach
- 4tsp Extra Virgin EVOO
- 4tsp Spice Beast Jacked Garlic & Onion
- Pinch of Spice Beast Smoked Jacked Garlic & Onion Sea Salt
How to Make:
- Heat a large skillet over high heat until hot. When hot, add the EVOO and Jacked Garlic & Onion
- Saute for approximately 2 minutes to soften up the seasoning
- Add the spinach to the skillet and toss with oil in pan to coat.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir
- When spinach is wilted (approx 2 min) remove from heat and season with a generous pinch of Smoked Jacked Garlic & Onion Sea Salt and stir again
