We all know that this dish in one of the number one meals when in prep. Let's take this lean, high protein fish and kick it into beast mode.

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place cod in an oven safe baking dish
  3. Pour oil and lemon juice into small bowl and whisk together
  4. Drizzle combo over fish
  5. Sprinkle seasoning over fish
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until fish is cooked and flaky
  7. When done, garnish by sprinkling with fresh chopped parsley

Serve Hot with a delicious and healthy side dish like zoodles or a garden salad.
