To make this recipe I am including directions to make a Pumpkin Chipotle Spice Blend. Now all you Pumpkin Spice Lovers can mix your own....in BEASTMODE

 

SPICE BEAST PUMPKIN CHIPOTLE SPICE BLEND

1.0 TBSP Spice Beast Sweet & Smoky Cinnamon Chipotle

1.5 tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 tsp Ground Clove

1/4 tsp All Spice

PUMPKIN PROTEIN BITES

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 C rolled oats

1 C Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey or Plant Based)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 TBSP Spice Beast Pumpkin Chipotle Spice Blend

1 C canned pumpkin

¼ C maple syrup

½ unsweetened almond milk

2 TBSP mini chocolate chips (Milk or Dark)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray an 8x8 pan

Mix all dry ingredients together

In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together.

Stir the dry mixture into the went mixture until combined & add in the mini chips

Spread the batter into the 8x8 pan & bake for approx. 20 minutes

Let cool & cut into 16 squares

(bars are best kept in the fridge)
