Anniversary Lift Box Roasted Ranch Potatoes by Feed Me Fit Meal Prep Company
It's May...and you know what that means....it's the 2nd Anniversary of The Lift Box!
Adam from The Lift Box has teamed up with Spice Beast and Feed Me Fit Meal Prep Co. to create a potato recipe using our spice blends. In this months box you will not only receive all the awesome products and a graphic t-shirt, but you will receive the ingredients to make this recipe!!!
We find that red potatoes or fingerlings work best because they are easy to prep ahead of time. However, this recipe will work on your potato of preference.
-Kevin Sheridan, Owner and Head Chef
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Spice Beast Jacked Garlic & Onion
- Spice Beast Licensed to Dill
Directions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Use equal parts of Jacked Garlic & Onion and Licensed to Dill, combine in a bowl and mix/grind together. Add salt to the mix (to taste)
- Cut potatoes into even sized pieces and coat with olive oil. Add seasoning mixture to the potatoes and evenly spread throughout. Let the potatoes sit for as long as you can. (the longer the better)
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) in a single layer. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
**COOKING TIP** If you want them crispier, move them to the broiler for the last 5 minutes, but keep a sharp eye on them or they will burn.
**MEAL PREP TIP** Leftovers can be frozen after they cool and will last for about a month
Who is Kevin and what is Feed ME Fit?
What do we do? We meal prep. We prepare healthy, nutrient dense meals using as much local produce and ingredients as possible. The meat and poultry we use contains no hormones or antibiotics because we shop directly from responsible Maine farms and local distributors. “Michelle and I really got into health and fitness in 2014, me losing 50lbs and keeping it off and getting into the best shape of my life. Michelle didn’t really need to lose much but wanted to get fit and eat healthy. Just this past year people have been asking what sort of “diet” do we do, and we tell them we don’t diet – we eat as clean as possible (knowing where our food comes from and what’s in it) and we really exercise (no pun intended) portion control”.
