"Spice Roulette" Roasted Chicken
What the heck is Spice Roulette Chicken?
To put is simple, its chicken seasoned with what ever the heck flavor you are in the mood for at the time you are ready to cook.
So this recipe will not be plugging any one of our seventeen spice blends....it will be plugging THEM ALL!!!!

As you know my recipes are pretty simple, but as simple as they are, they are freakin' delicious! This one will be too....because YOU CHOOSE THE FLAVOR!
What you will need:
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 slow cooker big enough to hold said chicken
- Roasting rack for slow cooker (or you can use aluminum foil)
- 1 small bowl
- 3 tbsp of any spice you choose (I would prefer you choose one of mine)
- 1-2 tbsp of low sodium chicken broth
How to make it:
- Remove all excess fat and giblets (I always laugh when I say giblets)
- Rinse well and pat dry both outside and cavity with a paper towel
- In the small bowl, combine the seasoning and the broth and mix to make a paste
- Spread this paste on both the inside and outside of the chicken
- Place roasting rack or aluminum foil balls in crock pot (photo below)
- Place chicken in crock pot
- Cover and cook for 8 hours. Make sure that chicken is fully cooked by using a meat thermometer and verifying internal temperature is at 180
- When finished remove and let rest 10-15 minutes before carving
