Sweet & Smoky Shrimp
This dish is a quick, easy and absolutely delicious meal. You can serve it straight up or over rice or pasta, zucchini noodles or cauliflower risotto, or even a lettuce wrap with a side or guac.
Ingredients:
- 2 lb of medium sized Shrimp (Precooked, shelled and deveined)
- 1 cup Whole Scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Diced grape tomatoes
- 2 tsp Spice Beast Sweet & Smoky Seasoning
- 4 tsp Spice Beast Garlic Infused EVOO
- 1/2 Large Lime - juiced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro - chopped
- Lime Slices to garnish
How to prepare:
- In a medium skillet heat oil over high heat
- Add sliced scallions and saute for 2 minutes
- Add diced tomatoes, shrimp, seasoning and lime juice
- Stir until flavors blend and shrimp are heated to your liking
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges
- Serve hot
