Yes...Brewery Sauces
It all started while Chef Franz and I were sitting at Tin Barn Brewing, in Sugarloaf NY, discussing what our next sauce should be. A few beers later we decided that we like beer and hot sauce...so let's make hot sauce with beer!
Our first two sauces (yes more are coming) are a collaboration with the brewery that inspired this whole thing.
