What’s for dinner?!? New Recipe with ground turkey, quinoa, black beans, corn, salt free tomatoes, lettuce & cheese all cooked in one pan & seasoned with Spice Beast Power Mex Pro !! - Karen Kistner



Mexican Bowl


- 1 lb ground turkey

- 1 tsp Spice Beast Power Mex Pro (or more..your choice)

- 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 1 can black beans drained

- 1 can no salt diced tomatoes

- Cup of fresh corn

- 1/2 cup quinoa rinsed

- Lettuce & cheese to garnish



- Brown ground turkey in pan with garlic and Power Mex Pro

- Add in black beans, corn & tomatoes

- Add in quinoa & water

- Follow quinoa cooking directions for time to simmer & cook until quinoa is done

- Top with cheese & lettuce to serve
